Grohe US - This return policy applies only to consumers that have purchased an item on grohe.us.
Return Policy
GROHE will accept for return merchandise purchased at grohe.us, up to 30 days after the date of purchase.

Clearance Items
All sales on clearance items are final, nonexchangeable and nonrefundable.
Shipping Errors & Damaged Items
In the rare event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive damaged or defective merchandise, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense within 30 days from the date of purchase. To report the damage of a recent order, Or, to report missing items from your order please fill out this form.
Order Cancellations
In an effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, we cannot support order cancellations at this time. Once an item is processed, the terms of our Returns Policy will apply.
Refunds
All authorized refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The flat shipping rate of $6.99 per order to return product to our distribution center from contiguous and non-contiguous USA will be deducted from the total of the refund amount. An additional fee of $20 per order will be deducted from the refund amount for returns shipped from Alaska and Hawaii.
An additional large item freight fee will be deducted from the refund amount for authorized returns of the following items:
Bathtub, Shower wall & door returns, a freight fee of $100 per item will be deducted from the refund amount. For Alaska and Hawaii, a freight fee of $150 per item will be deducted from the refund amount.
Toilet returns, a freight fee of $40 per item will be deducted from the refund amount. For Alaska and Hawaii, a freight fee of $65 per item will be deducted from the refund amount.
If your product arrives damaged or was shipped in our error, then we will issue a full refund including original shipping fees.
