“For this residential project, we were looking for modern bathroom and kitchen faucets displaying simple shapes that would be easy for residents to use. Its exclusive GROHE DreamSpray flow technology exhibits an advanced shower engine that dispenses consistent water distribution with the utmost precision.

The water-saving benefit of the shower head’s GROHE EcoJoy technology ― which caps its flow rate at 1.2 gallons per minute (gpm) ― offers building management cost savings without jeopardizing their tenants’ desire for a generous water stream. For added convenience, showers also include the sleekly styled Euphoria Cosmopolitan stick hand shower, featuring GROHE CoolTouch to prevent the handle from becoming too hot to hold.

For smooth functionality and performance, the Atrio dual function thermostatic trim includes a smartly styled control module that allows for easy switching between shower and tub use. Its GROHE TurboStat technology delivers water at the desired temperature quickly and keeps it constant for the duration of use. This was a key factor in its selection for this project. “We love the Atrio dual function thermostatic trim, with its control module that combines the volume control and the two-way diverter. This allowed the tub and shower wall to stay minimal,” commented Cheung. Plus, its operation is smooth and precise, thanks to pioneering GROHE SilkMove technology.

The pull-down, dual spray faucet includes GROHE SpeedClean anti-lime resilience for easy maintenance and endurance.
