Innovative features make the GrohSafe 3. 0 uniquely easy to install regardless of the situation. Its compact size and flat-back design ensure an easy fit and secure mounting even in tight spaces. In addition to the standard connection options (universal, crimp PEX and cold expansion PEX), GROHE is introducing three additional new connection options. Connections include:

• NEW Stub-Out Connections are specially designed to easily connect press-connect fittings directly to inlets and outlets of the value without any special adapters
• CPVC Inlets eliminate the need for special CPVC adaptors and can connect directly to the valve

Made of DZR brass for exceptional corrosion resistance, GrohSafe 3.0 withstands harsh water conditions including high chloride, hard water or high pH levels for lasting durability. Each GrohSafe 3.0 valve also comes with a pre-installed flush plug that makes flushing and testing of the valve quick and easy.

The GrohSafe 3.0 Pressure Balance Valve facilitates the smooth operation of the GROHE trim collection. These premium all-metal trims include a precision-crafted, double ceramic, one-piece cartridge that fits flawlessly on the GrohSafe 3.0 valve. The ceramic discs ensure a lifetime of leak-free performance, and the ceramic balancing spool reacts quickly to pressure changes to prevent accidental scalding. GROHE trims feature snap-fit mounting to ensure a secure, flush installation. Concealed mounting creates a clean, sophisticated look with no visible screws to obstruct the trim’s polished appearance. The metal wall plate and handle ensure long lasting durability, and matching trims fit more than ten design collections across a variety of finishes.

The cartridge now ships with the trim, making it readily available for the trim installation step, when it is needed. This helps to keep all parts together and protects the cartridge from the damage of being installed prior to testing when debris in the line can damage the seals of the cartridge, causing leaks in the future.
